All tuition is delivered by a highly qualified, experienced musician, Mike Tymoczko BA (Hons), PGCE, ACEM, MSc, LGSMD.
Mike has long and wide-ranging teaching experience including one to one tuition for individual students of all ages and experiences.
He has taught music up to A level standard in schools and colleges of further education. Mike has also taught on the PGCE Music course at Homerton College, University of Cambridge as well supervising musicians’ assignments up to (Hons) degrees, postgraduate degrees and Masters levels.
Music studio work has long been a passion for Mike. He has studio experience ranging from teaching music ICT in schools and to postgraduate degree level.
Mike has a broad range of experience in performing with standard classical orchestras on the violin, classical piano as well as playing keys and strings for bands of wide-ranging genres.
Double Beat Music is situated in Belmesthorpe, Rutland near Stamford.

Piano
Lessons
If you are interested in playing the piano to become a jobbing musician, or to achieve high academic musicianship levels this is the place for you.
Group sessions of 4 - 6 participants. Lessons are taught by Mike Tymoczko, who is fully trained in the Yamaha Music method - “Play for Keeps”.
Violin lessons are offered to all ages from beginners, intermediate levels through to advanced.
